Tailored resumes

Worklittle tailors your resume to each job, filled to exactly one or two pages. Or send yours as is.

A resume written for every job you apply to. Worklittle rewords your real experience to match what each job asks for, then lays it out on one or two perfect pages. Never one and a half.

What you get

- Made for the job. Your real experience is reworded to match what the job asks for. - Exactly the right length. One full page for most people. Two full pages if you have 10 or more years of experience, 5 or more past jobs, or a long resume to start with. Never a page and a half. - No filler. No generic "Summary" or "Objective" at the top. Senior leaders with long careers get a short Executive Summary instead. - Extras only when you have them. Sections like Certifications, Projects, Languages, or Volunteer work appear only if your own resume has them.

Open the application's chat any time to see what was sent.

Turn it on or off

1. Open General settings. 2. Under Applications, switch Tailor resumes on or off.

It is on to start with.

When it is off

Worklittle sends the resume you uploaded, exactly as it is. PDF and Word files go as the same file. Other files, like a photo of your resume, are turned into a PDF word for word, with nothing rewritten.

Good to know

- Tailoring only uses facts from your resume and profile. It never makes up jobs, schools, or skills. - To change what it starts from, upload a newer resume in Profile settings. See Upload or replace your resume. - Tailored resumes are part of Worklittle Instant.
