How does API usage get billed?

Keys are free. AI token usage accrues to the organization wallet.

Creating an API key does not cost money. Some API actions are free within monthly quotas. AI-powered actions add to amount owed on the organization that owns the key.

The basic rules

- Keys themselves are free - Many search and ATS-style routes are free within published monthly quotas - AI token usage accrues as amount owed on that organization (including Apply with AI) - Hosted apply is $0.01 per successful submit - We charge the org card on the 1st of each UTC month if owed is at least $0.50, or sooner when amount owed reaches $20
