Whiteboards

Draw diagrams and brainstorm visually.

A whiteboard is a blank canvas inside chat where you can sketch, map out ideas, and think through something visually instead of in paragraphs.

Open a whiteboard

1. Ask chat for a whiteboard, or pick it from the create menu. 2. A canvas opens beside your conversation. 3. Draw, add text boxes, and move things around. 4. Close it when you are done. You have one shared whiteboard to come back to, not a separate board for every chat. See How whiteboards are saved.

What people use it for

- Career mapping. Lay out where you are now and the roles between here and the job you want. - Interview prep. Sketch the process you are about to be asked to explain. - Comparing options. Put two offers side by side and list what matters. - Planning your week. Block out applications, follow-ups, and interviews.

You can ask chat about what is on the board. Describe your sketch and ask for gaps you may have missed.

Tips

- Start rough. A messy board you can rearrange beats a tidy list you never revisit. - Clear or rearrange the canvas when you switch topics so it stays readable. - Take a screenshot before a big rearrangement if you might want the old layout back.
