Join requests

Approve people who ask to join.

Colleagues can ask to join your workspace, and someone with full access approves or declines.

How someone requests access

A teammate signs in at worklittle.com/business with their work email and chooses Request access for your company. Their request lands with your admins, and no access is granted until it is approved.

They can be in 10 organizations at once, counting Personal. If they are already at that cap, they need to leave one before they can join yours.

Approve or decline

1. Open Organization. 2. Look for pending join requests. 3. Approve and pick a role, or decline.

Approving adds them straight away with the role you chose. Declining leaves them with no access and no data.

Before you approve

- Recognise the person and the email address. - Confirm the address is on your company domain. - Start with the smallest role that works. You can always raise it later.

Who can act on requests

Handling join requests needs Full access or Owner. Teammates with edit, comment, view, or chat access will not see the requests at all.
