Join requests

Approve or decline colleagues who request access to your organization.

Colleagues can request to join your organization. Someone with Full access or Owner approves or declines.

Request access

A teammate signs in at worklittle.com/business with their work email and chooses Request access for your company. The request goes to your admins and no access is granted until it is approved.

They can be in 10 organizations at once, counting Personal. At that cap they must leave one before joining yours.

Approve or decline

1. Open Organization. 2. Find pending join requests. 3. Approve and pick a role, or decline.

Approving adds them immediately with the role you chose. Declining leaves them with no access and no data.

Before you approve

- Recognise the person and email address. - Confirm the address is on your company domain. - Start with the smallest role that works. See Roles and permissions.

Who can act

Full access or Owner. Teammates with edit, comment, view, or chat access do not see requests.
