How do I give a developer access?

Create a key, share it securely, send the right docs, and set a spend limit.

You can stay non-technical and still unblock a developer. Create the key in the right organization, hand it over safely, and point them at the docs.

Steps

1. Switch to the organization that should own the integration. See Switch organizations. 2. Create a named key on API keys. 3. Copy it once into a password manager or secure channel. Do not put it in Slack forever or in a ticket that many people can see. 4. Send your developer Jobs overview or Business overview, plus MCP if they are building an agent. 5. Set a monthly spend limit on Billing > Limits so surprises stay small.

What to tell them

- Base URL: https://api.worklittle.com - MCP URL when needed: https://mcp.worklittle.com - Key format starts with sk-wl-api01- - Default authenticated rate limit is about 60 requests per minute per key - Billing follows the organization that owns the key
