Employee self-service

Employees update their own details, see their pay, time off, and benefits, sign documents, and download their verification letter.

Employees can handle common requests themselves on You, so they don't have to ask HR and you have fewer tasks.

What employees can update

On You, employees can keep these up to date:

- Name, phone, and home address - Birthday, languages, and links - Visa status and driver license - Preferred job

Changes update their record on Employees right away.

What employees can see and do

- Estimated pay earned this month, PTO left, and time since their start date on the Business home - Their job, manager, team, and benefits - Time off requests on Calendar.
