Your Worklittle apply email address
Why some applications use a my.worklittle.com email, how codes are read for you, and how employer emails reach your inbox.
When you apply signed in, Worklittle can put your own my.worklittle.com email address on the form. It lets Worklittle finish email checks for you while employer emails still reach your real inbox.
Why it exists
Many employer sites email a verification code after you press Submit. If that code went only to your personal inbox, the application would stop and wait for you. With your apply address on the form, Worklittle reads the code automatically and finishes the application.
Worklittle only uses it when a site is likely to ask for a code, and it never replaces both your email and your phone. The employer always has at least one real way to reach you.
Emails are forwarded to you
Everything an employer sends to your apply address is forwarded to the email you sign in with. The subject starts with [via Worklittle], and the message shows who sent it, the job from Saved when it can be matched, and the employer's original email.
If Apply with AI applied for you, the email also appears in that job's chat as "Company sent you an email". Tap Email to read it.
To reply, write to the employer from your own inbox. To stop their emails, contact the sender. Worklittle cannot unsubscribe you from their mail.
Your Saved board updates
When an employer email clearly says interview, offer, or rejected, Worklittle moves that job on Saved for you. See Interview, offer, and rejected updates.
Privacy
- The address belongs only to you. It is never given to another person, even after you delete your account. - Mail is matched to you by the exact address it was sent to, so someone with the same name never gets your email. - Deleting your account stops forwarding for good. See Delete your account.
