Why did Instant renewal fail?

What happens when the $9.99 Instant charge does not go through.

Instant stops when the $9.99 renewal does not succeed. Instant only stays on while Stripe shows the subscription as active. Fix the Personal payment method, then check Plans or Billing.

Fix the payment method

1. Select your Personal organization. 2. Open Billing and choose Manage payment method. 3. Update the card or bank account in Stripe. 4. Return to Plans or Billing to confirm Instant is active again.

Without Instant (and without a Personal card), you go back to free monthly AI. People who are not logged in have limited access until they create an account. See AI usage limits.
