Request billing access

Members can request Billing in one tap, and owners approve it from an email or Organization.

Need to add a card or check an invoice, but Billing is locked? Ask for access in one tap. The people who run your organization get an email and can say yes right away.

Ask for access

1. Open Billing. You will see You don't have access to Billing. 2. Tap Request access, then Send request.

The button changes to Request sent. Asking again within a day does not send another email.

Approve a request

The owner and people with Full access get an email titled with the person's name and requested billing access. Tap Approve or Deny in the email.

Or open Organization. Under Access requests, each request says Wants access to Billing with Approve and Deny buttons.

People who have it show Billing access under their name, with Remove to take it back.

Everyone can see their own usage

You do not need billing access to see what you have used. Open Usage and you will see Your spend and Your recent activity, just for you. People with billing access see the whole organization.

Tap a color in the chart's legend to show only that kind of activity. Tap more than one to combine them.
