Desired salary

Tell Worklittle the pay you want. Better-paying jobs rise to the top and applications ask for the right number.

Add the pay you want once, and Worklittle works for it. Jobs that pay enough rise to the top of your lists, Auto-apply skips the ones that do not, and applications ask for a number that fits the job.

Add it

1. Open Profile settings. 2. Tap Desired salary and type the pay you want.

Type it however you like. Worklittle tidies it up for you:

| You type | Saved as |
| --- | --- |
| 150k | $150,000+ |
| 100k-160k | $100,000-$160,000 |
| $22/hr or 22 | $22+/hour |

One number means "at least this much". Two numbers are a range. A number under 1,000 is read as pay per hour.

What it changes

- Your job lists. Jobs that pay at least your desired salary move to the top of your job list and the list next to Maps. Nothing is hidden. Jobs are just reordered. - Auto-apply. Auto-apply only sends applications to jobs that list pay at or above it. Jobs that do not say what they pay are skipped. - Applications. When a form asks what pay you expect, Worklittle uses your number, kept inside the range the job posted. Ask for too much and it uses the top of the range. Ask for too little and it uses the bottom, so you never undersell yourself.

No desired salary?

When a form asks and you have not set one, Worklittle picks a fair number in the lower part of the job's posted range, never below the minimum. If the job does not list pay, it uses a typical salary for that role and place.
