Track visa status and sponsorship

The Visa column on Employees stores each person's status, such as US citizen, Green card, H-1B, OPT, CPT, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or Needs sponsorship. Employees can update their own on You. Filter or sort the column to see who may need sponsorship.

On job posts

Set Visa sponsorship on each job in Jobs. Job seekers filter by it on Worklittle, so you hear from the right people. Hiring people who live nearby often means fewer sponsorship cases. See Hire people who live nearby.

Paperwork

Employees can download their own employment verification letter for visa and immigration paperwork without asking you. Keep offer letters and signed agreements on Documents so they are easy to find when needed.
