Resume required before applying

Apply and Create resume need a resume on file. Upload one when prompted and the action continues.

Apply with AI and Create resume need a resume on file so Worklittle can use your real experience.

What happens

1. Tap Apply or Create resume without a resume. A window asks you to upload one. 2. Pick your file, or drag it onto the window, and wait while Worklittle reads it. 3. When the spinner finishes, the action continues on its own.

Review what was added to your profile in Settings. Apply with AI also requires you to log in.

What happens to the file

- By default each application gets a resume tailored to that job, written from your real experience with your most relevant work first. Open it from the application chat to see exactly what is sent. - With more than one resume, Worklittle first picks the one that fits the job best. See More than one resume. - To send the file you uploaded on every application instead, turn off Tailor resumes under Applications in Profile settings. - To review each application before it sends, turn off Submit without confirmation in the same section. It is on by default. - Your name, school, past roles, contact details, and skills are extracted to fill profile fields you left blank. Anything you typed yourself is not changed.

Accepted files and common problems

- A PDF exported from your word processor is the safest choice. - Scanned images of a printed page are hard to read, so text may come through incomplete. - If the upload fails, choose Try again. A second attempt usually works. - Very large files can time out. Trim extra pages or export a smaller version.

From ChatGPT or Claude

In ChatGPT or Claude you can search and skip without a Worklittle login. When you tap Apply, you may be asked to connect your Worklittle account first. After that, Apply works the same as on the website.
