Create an organization

Set up your company.

An organization is your company's shared workspace, holding your jobs, candidates, and teammates.

Personal vs company

Every account has a Personal workspace for individual use (chat, plugins, API keys for job search, and its own billing wallet). Personal is not a company.

Hiring tools (jobs, candidates, employees, surveys, HR documents, calendar, webhooks) and the matching employer API, SDK, MCP, and agent tools only work in a company organization.

Switch between Personal and company from your profile (account row at the bottom of the left sidebar). See Switch organizations. If you keep separate emails for job seeking and hiring, that is Switch between accounts (up to three signed-in emails).

Create yours

1. Go to Organization and sign in with your work email. 2. Choose Create organization. 3. Enter your company name and website. 4. Save.

You become the Owner, which is the role with full control over everything in the workspace.

You can be in 10 organizations at once, counting your Personal workspace. That means at most 9 company organizations. Leave one to create or join another.

Before you start

You need an account on a work email address rather than a personal one. If you signed up with a personal address, add your work address first. See Verify a work email.

Finish the setup

- Add your logo and a short description so candidates recognise you. - Check the website link, since it appears on your public company profile. - Invite the people who will help you hire.

Already have one?

If someone at your company set the workspace up before you, ask them to invite you instead of creating a second organization. You can also ask to join from the organization screen, which is covered in Join requests.
