Service status

Check whether Worklittle is having a problem.

If something is not loading, the status page tells you whether the problem is on our side before you spend time debugging your own setup.

Where to look

Open the Status page on the docs site. It reports the current health of the Worklittle service.

Before you report a problem

1. Check the status page. 2. Reload the page you were on. 3. Try a different browser or a private window, which rules out an extension. 4. Check your internet connection.

If everything looks healthy and the problem continues, it is worth reporting.

Reporting an outage

Email [support@worklittle.com](mailto:support@worklittle.com) with:

- What you were trying to do - The exact time it happened, including your time zone - Any error message word for word - Whether it happens every time or only sometimes

Recent changes

Sometimes behavior changed on purpose rather than breaking. Check What's new to see if a recent update explains what you are seeing.
