Connect with AI (voice)
Talk with Worklittle using the Live AI voice orb, separate from typing dictation.
Connect with AI starts a spoken conversation with Worklittle. A Live AI orb appears while you talk. This is different from the microphone that turns speech into text in the message box.
Start a voice conversation
1. Open worklittle.com. 2. Choose Connect with AI near the composer (wording can vary by screen size). 3. Allow microphone access when the browser asks. 4. Speak normally. The Live AI orb shows that the session is active. 5. End the session when you are done, or start a new chat to tear it down.
Live AI is mic-only. It does not use your camera for a video call.
Dictation vs Connect with AI
| Feature | What it does | | --- | --- | | Microphone dictation | Turns speech into text in the message box. You review and send. About 3 minutes per take. See [Voice dictation](/help/chat-ai/dictation). | | Connect with AI | A live spoken conversation with the assistant. |
Pick dictation when you want to edit before sending. Pick Connect with AI when you want to talk back and forth.
Limits and troubleshooting
Voice sessions use AI allowance the same way other chat features do. See Chat and AI limits.
If the mic will not start, check browser permission in the address-bar padlock, close other apps holding the mic, and try another browser. Same checklist as Voice dictation.
