Import candidates
Add candidates you already know to a job so your pipeline lives in Worklittle.
Add people you are already talking to so your whole pipeline lives in one place.
Add someone by hand
1. Open Candidates. 2. Choose to add a candidate. 3. Type their full name and pick the job to attach them to. 4. Add their email and phone. Tap More options for location, LinkedIn, GitHub, a portfolio, X or Hugging Face link, skills, languages, work authorization, pronouns, source, or a note. 5. Tap Save.
They land at Sourced. On a phone the form fills the whole screen.
Have their resume? Tap More options → Upload resume first. Worklittle reads it and fills in their name, email, phone, location, profile links, skills, and languages, leaving anything you already typed alone. Check the details, then tap Save; the file is attached as their resume.
Bring in a list
From a spreadsheet or another tool, format your file as one person per row with clear name and email columns. Attach resumes afterwards on each candidate's page.
Clean duplicates and stale addresses before importing. They are harder to fix once in your pipeline.
What to include
- Name and email at minimum - Phone number and LinkedIn if you have them - The job they belong to - A note on where they came from and the real stage of the conversation
After importing
- Move anyone mid conversation to the stage that reflects reality, not Sourced. - Add a note with the history so far. - Keep one record for anyone who also applied directly.
