Skipped jobs
Find roles you passed on.
Roles you skip are not deleted. They move to the Skipped column on your Saved board, so you can look back if you change your mind or skipped one by accident.
See what you skipped
Open Saved. The Skipped column is not hidden behind a setting. It simply will not show until you save or apply for a job, then every role you passed on while browsing lands there.
Skipping never also puts the role in Viewed. A job lives in one column at a time. This is the place to go when you remember a job a second too late, which happens to everyone browsing quickly.
Bring a job back
1. Find the role in the skipped list. 2. Open it to read the full posting again. 3. Heart it to move it into Saved, or apply directly from Jobs.
Nothing you did while skipping counts against you, and the employer never sees a skip.
Why skipping is still worth doing
Skipping is how Worklittle learns what to stop showing you. Passing on the roles that are genuinely wrong means the next batch is closer to what you want.
If your skipped list is enormous and the cards still feel off, your Job title in Settings is probably too broad. Narrowing it, or ruling out a level with a minus sign, fixes things faster than skipping ever will. See Swipe to apply and Your dream role field.
