Who shows up here

- People who applied to your published jobs - People you sourced yourself - People you imported from a spreadsheet or another tool

Everyone carries their current stage, the job or jobs they are attached to, and when they last moved.

Finding people

- Search by name or email. - Filter by job or by stage. - Sort by newest applicant or by most recent activity.

The layout is a table, so you can rearrange columns to suit how your team works.

Opening a candidate

Click any row to see their resume, their answers to your application questions, their contact details, the notes your team has left, and their full history through your stages.

Working in bulk

Select several people to move them together, source them onto another job, or act on them at once. That saves real time after a first pass through a fresh batch of applications.
