Locations, salary, and workplace

Set where and how people work.

These three details are the first things candidates look for, and filling them in gets your job found.

Location

Add the city or office where the role sits. Locations you create are saved for reuse, so posting your next role in the same office takes one click.

Location powers map search and nearby job alerts on Worklittle, which makes it one of the highest impact fields on the whole form.

Workplace type

| Option | Means |
| --- | --- |
| **Remote** | Work from anywhere, subject to whatever limits you state in the description. |
| **Hybrid** | A mix of office and home. Say how many days if you can. |
| **On-site** | In the office or on location. |

If remote is limited to certain countries or time zones, spell that out in the description so nobody applies by mistake.

Compensation

Enter a range rather than a single figure, and pick the right currency and period.

Posting pay is worth doing. It is required in a growing number of places, it cuts out mismatched conversations, and posts with a range consistently draw more applicants. You can also mark whether the role offers equity.

Employment type and the rest

Choose from full-time, part-time, internship, contract, temporary, or volunteer. Add department, benefits, and visa sponsorship where they apply. Every field you fill makes your job easier to find in filtered searches.
