Billing overview

Pay as you go, manage your card, and review invoices for your organization.

Each organization (including your Personal workspace) has its own bill. Usage adds to amount owed. We charge your card on the 1st of each UTC month if you owe at least $0.50, or sooner when amount owed reaches $20. Balances under $0.50 wait. Manage everything on Billing.

Open billing

Go to Billing, or choose Manage billing under Account in Settings (that link opens your Personal workspace Billing).

At the top you will see Current balance and your payment method. If you have Instant credit, organization credit, or other credit left, a Credit section shows the total. Plan shows Instant if you subscribe.

Before metered chat or API usage, accept the pay-as-you-go checkbox and keep a valid card on file (credit is used first when you have any).

Spend caps live under Billing > Limits.

Personal vs company billing

Each organization has its own wallet and card.

- Personal bills Instant and job-seeker AI on worklittle.com, plus Personal plugins and your own API usage. It does not unlock hiring tools by itself. - A company organization is where jobs, candidates, teammates, and employer APIs are billed. Company workspaces can also hold organization credit (bonuses) shown under Credit on Billing. That credit is used before your card is charged.

When we charge

| Amount owed reaches $20 | We charge that day (checked about once an hour) |
| Under $0.50 unpaid | Waits until the next charge window |

What you can do there

There is no prepaid credit purchase in the product. Keep a valid card on file. See Can I buy prepaid credits?.

What you are charged for

Charges can come from Worklittle Business AI, public API usage, and (on Personal) worklittle.com AI after Instant credit or free allowances. The Instant $9.99 monthly fee is charged by Stripe on Billing. Browsing jobs or hiring pages does not bill.

If a card charge fails, metered chat and API usage pause until you update the payment method. See Payment required messages.
