Tinder for Jobs is how you find jobs on Worklittle. You see one job at a time, skip what does not fit, save what you like, and tap Apply so Apply with AI does the application from your resume.

Start on Worklittle

Go to Worklittle, or read the public page at Tinder for Jobs.

Swipe the job, or tap Skip or Apply.

What you can do

- Skip takes that job out of what you see next. The employer never sees it. You can still find it later under Skipped on Saved. - Apply starts Apply with AI on more than 3 million jobs. - Save keeps it on Saved. - Tap the job to read the full posting.

Get jobs that fit

Change your job title in Settings to your dream role. Use commas for more than one title, and a minus sign to rule a title out.

Jobs on the home page and Jobs follow your US state (or your country outside the US) while you are signed out with no job title. Choose Distance on the home page when you want nearby cards. After you sign in, jobs follow your Location in Settings, Maps, or an approximate network location. You can turn on precise location from Settings or Maps.
