Create or edit a resume in chat

Build a resume from scratch or tailor your existing one to a job.

Chat can build a resume from a conversation, or sharpen your existing resume for a specific job.

Create a resume from a job

1. Open a job page from Jobs or any job detail. 2. Tap Create resume. 3. If you have not uploaded a resume, the same upload window as Apply with AI appears. After one successful upload, Create resume continues automatically with a document tailored to that role.

Tailor an existing resume

1. Attach your current resume to a chat message. See Photos, files, and video in chat. 2. Paste the job posting or its link. 3. Ask: "Rewrite this resume for that posting and keep it to one page."

Start from scratch

Answer the questions chat asks, in any order:

1. Your most recent job, employer, and rough dates. 2. What you did day to day, in your own words. 3. Anything you improved, sped up, saved, or sold. 4. Schools, certificates, or licences.

Plain speech is fine. "I ran the register and trained the two new people" becomes a resume bullet.

Refine and export

Ask for one change at a time:

- "Cut this to one page." - "Use stronger verbs in the second job." - "Add numbers where you can, and mark anything you guessed."

When it looks right, open it as a document to format, download, or print. See Documents in chat. Read the final version yourself before sending it.
