Docs chat
Ask questions without leaving the page you are reading.
Docs chat answers questions about Worklittle using the documentation. You do not need to sign in to use it.
Open it
On the docs home and the Help Center home, the composer sits under the intro, above the first section. Send a question and the bar animates into the chat panel. Open a Help Center collection or article and the bar moves to the bottom of the page.
On other docs pages, select the chat input at the bottom of the page, or press Command I on a Mac or Control I on Windows to jump straight to it.
What to ask
- "How do I create an API key" - "What is the difference between REST and MCP" - "Which page explains job alert emails" - "Show me an example of searching jobs by location"
Questions grounded in the docs get the best answers. Questions about your specific account do not, because docs chat cannot see your data.
What it cannot do
- It cannot look up your account, your balance, or your organization - It cannot make changes on your behalf - It cannot see private information
For anything account-specific, use the assistant inside the app, or email [support@worklittle.com](mailto:support@worklittle.com).
Getting a better answer
- Mention which product you mean, Jobs or Business. - Say whether you are using the app or writing code. - If the answer points at a page, open it and confirm before acting.
