Help Center vs API reference

Everyday help on one side, developer pages on the other.

Both live on this site, and they are written for different readers. Picking the right one first saves time.

Help Center

Written for anyone using Worklittle in a browser.

- Step-by-step instructions with buttons and menus named - No code - Covers job search, Apply with AI, hiring, HR, billing, and safety

Reach it with the Help center pill at the top of the page, or Help center under Resources in the Worklittle Business left sidebar.

API reference

Written for developers building software.

- Endpoints, parameters, and responses - Authentication and API keys - SDKs, the CLI, MCP, and webhooks

Reach it through the Jobs or Business pills, then the API section of the sidebar.

Which one for a given question

| Question | Section |
| --- | --- |
| Does Worklittle apply to jobs for me | Help Center → [Apply with AI](/help/apply-with-ai/what-is-apply-with-ai) |
| How do I post a job | Help Center |
| Why is my card declining | Help Center |
| What fields does a job object have | API reference |
| How do I paginate results | API reference |
| Should I even need an API key | [When to use the API vs the apps](/help/api/when-to-use-api) |

Also worth knowing

Use cases sits between the two. It shows complete worked examples, which helps when you know what you want to build but not which pieces to use. See Use cases.
