Reorder columns

Drag columns in Grid view to put the stages you check most where you want them.

Drag columns in Grid view to reorder your Saved board. The order syncs to your account.

Move a column

Column order applies to Grid view. On a computer, select Grid in the top right of Saved (to the right of Share), or open Grid.

1. Press and hold a column heading. 2. Drag it left or right. 3. Release to drop it in place.

The new order is saved for every device you sign in on.

Layout ideas

- By progress, left to right: the default. Shows the whole journey. - Active work first: put Interview and Applied on the left when many roles are in flight. - Research mode: keep Saved on the left while you are still gathering roles.

Reset

Until you rearrange them, columns that have jobs sit first. After you drag a column, that order is yours and syncs to your account.

To restore the usual order, drag columns back to: Pending, Saved, Applied, Interview, Offer, Rejected, Withdrawn, then Skipped and Viewed when visible. Viewed starts last by default, and both Viewed and Skipped can sit anywhere. See Pipeline stages explained.
