Reorder columns

Customize your board layout.

You can rearrange the columns on your Saved board so the stages you check most often sit where you want them.

Move a column

Column order is for Grid view. On a computer, select Grid in the top-right of Saved (to the right of Share), or open Grid.

1. Press and hold a column heading. 2. Drag it left or right. 3. Release to drop it in place.

The board saves the new order for you, on every device you sign in on.

Layouts that work well

- Left to right by progress. The default. Best for seeing the whole journey. - Active work first. Put Interview and Applied on the left when you have a lot in flight and want them without scrolling. - Research mode. Keep Saved on the left when you are still gathering roles rather than applying.

There is no wrong order. Whichever column you open most should be the easiest to reach.

Reset

Until you rearrange them, columns that have jobs sit first so you are not scrolling past empty stages. After you drag a column, that order is yours - it syncs to your account so desktop and other signed-in devices match.

Drag columns back toward the usual progress order anytime: Saved, In progress, Applied, Interview, Offer, Rejected, Withdrawn, then Skipped and Viewed when those columns are visible. Viewed starts last by default, and both Viewed and Skipped can sit anywhere you drag them. See Pipeline stages explained for what each one covers.
