Keep answers honest

Ask chat to stick to real job data instead of guessing.

AI assistants can sound confident about things they do not know. A few words in your prompt push the assistant to use real Worklittle data and admit when it has none.

Ask for real listings

Only use real job listings from Worklittle for this answer.

For every role you mention, include the company name, the location, and
the link. If you cannot find enough real matches, tell me how many you
found rather than filling the list out.

Make uncertainty visible

When you are not sure about something, say so in the answer.

Mark anything you are inferring rather than reading directly from a
listing. I would rather have a short accurate answer than a long
confident one.

Pin down numbers

For any salary, headcount, or date you give me, say where it came from.

If it is listed in the posting, quote it. If it is an estimate based on
similar roles, label it as an estimate.

Warning signs in an answer

- Company names you cannot find anywhere - Salary ranges given with no source - Every result being a perfect match for you - Links that do not open, or open a search page rather than a real posting - Exactly the round number of results you asked for, every time

What to do when something looks wrong

Ask directly:

Check that job again. Give me the direct link to the posting and confirm
it is still open. If you cannot confirm it, remove it from the list.

If the assistant repeatedly gives wrong or unsafe information, report it. See Chat reports.
