Switch organizations

Move between Personal and company workspaces.

Every login has a Personal workspace, and you may belong to company organizations. You can be in 10 organizations at once, counting Personal. Switch between them without signing out.

Organization switcher vs account switcher

| Switcher | What it changes | When to use it |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Organization switcher** | Personal vs company workspace inside this login | Same email, different company or Personal billing |
| **Account switcher** | Which email you are signed in as (up to **3**) | Separate personal and work logins |

See Switch between accounts if you need a different email.

Switch

You can switch from any Manage page, or from your profile in the sidebar.

From a Manage page (same control on each):

1. Open Organization, API keys, Usage, Billing, or Webhooks. 2. Under the page title, open the organization switcher (active organization name with a chevron). 3. Pick Personal or the company you want.

From your profile:

1. On worklittle.com/business, look at your profile - the account row at the bottom of the left sidebar (your name with the active organization under it). 2. Tap the organization name under your name to open the workspace switcher. 3. Pick Personal or the company you want.

The whole workspace reloads into that organization. Jobs, candidates, teammates, usage, and billing all change to match.

Manage members and invites on Organization.

On every Manage page

The same organization switcher appears under the title on Organization, API keys, Usage, Billing, and Webhooks, so you can change workspace without leaving the page you are on.

Personal workspace

Personal is always listed. It is for you as an individual (chat, plugins, job-search API keys, and its own wallet). It is not for hiring.

Switch to a company organization from your profile before posting jobs, managing candidates, or using employer API/MCP tools.

Billing follows the organization

Each organization has its own amount owed and card. Check Billing only after you are in the right workspace. See Billing overview.

Knowing where you are

The active organization name shows under your name on your profile in the left sidebar. Check it before you post a job, email a candidate, or open Billing, since everything you do applies to the organization you are currently in.

Only Personal listed?

Then you have not joined a company yet. Create an organization, ask someone to invite you, or send a join request.
