View survey responses

Read results, spot patterns, and export answers.

The results table has one row per submission and one column per question.

Open the results

1. Go to Surveys. 2. Select the survey. 3. Choose the Responses view.

The name column stays pinned on the left as you scroll through questions.

The top right has the same controls as a job's page: ⋯ (more actions), Invite people, Preview (opens the form as respondents see it), and Edit. Back returns to Surveys.

Summary and table

- Summary: counts for choice questions, for example 18 "Yes" and 4 "No". - Table: each person's full submission, useful for open comments.

Anonymous submissions show "Anonymous" in the name column and still show their answers.

Delete and export

- Select rows with the checkboxes to delete test submissions. - Export the results to a spreadsheet file. The export has one column per question, matching the table.
