View survey responses

Read results, spot patterns, and export answers.

Every answer lands in a results table where one row is one person's submission and one column is one question.

Open the results

1. Go to Surveys. 2. Select the survey. 3. Choose the Responses view.

The name column stays pinned on the left as you scroll sideways through the questions.

Summary versus individual answers

- The summary rolls up counts for choice questions, so you can see at a glance that 18 people picked "Yes" and 4 picked "No". - The table shows each person's full submission, which is what you want when reading open comments.

Anonymous submissions appear as "Anonymous" in the name column but still show their answers.

Clean up and export

- Select rows with the checkboxes to delete test submissions. - Export the results to a spreadsheet file when you want to chart them or share outside Worklittle.

Exports include one column per question, matching the table you see on screen.

Reading results well

- Look for questions many people skipped. That usually means the wording was unclear. - Read open comments before looking at the numbers so the counts do not bias you. - Share a short summary back with the people who answered. Response rates go up the next time you ask.
