Swipe to apply

Browse roles one card at a time, then hand them to Apply with AI to submit for you.

The swipe deck is not in the current sidebar or phone tabs. /jobs opens the homepage. Browse on Search (Maps) and the homepage cards, then use Apply with AI from a card. The public walkthrough is Tinder for Jobs.

Card actions

Open Search. Each card shows one job: title, company, location, and pay and posting age when known.

- Skip removes the role from your browsing. - Apply starts Apply with AI. Worklittle fills and sends the form for you. Open Chat to watch. - Heart saves it for later without removing it from the deck. - Select the card to read the full posting. While you have AI credit, Worklittle can write a structured summary. After you run out, you still see the employer's original description.

On a phone you can swipe. On a computer, use the buttons.

Roles you moved into Pending, Applied, Interview, Offer, Rejected, Withdrawn, or Skipped on Saved stay off the deck and the homepage. A heart alone does not remove a role.

Apply from a card

Apply means Worklittle fills and sends the form for you. Leave Submit automatically on unless you want to review before it sends. Apply with AI works on more than 3 million open jobs. See What is Apply with AI?.

Improve the cards you see

1. Set Job title in Settings to the role you want next. Separate several titles with commas, and rule titles out with a minus sign. See Your dream role field. 2. Skip clearly wrong roles. 3. Heart roles you like, even if you are not ready to apply.

On the home page, the Search jobs control changes which cards you see right now. It starts with your Job title from Settings and does not rewrite it. Clear the box and press Enter to browse without a title filter. The preview then says Search jobs until you type a new query.

Location:

- Set Location in Settings to put a city on your profile. New accounts start from an approximate location. Use the arrow on that field for precise current location. - Signed out with no job title, the home page shows recent roles from your US state (or your country outside the US), not the nearby 50 to 250 km ladder. Choose Distance (or Newest or Salary) for nearby cards. - After you sign in or set a Job title, cards follow that title and location. - You can grant precise location from Settings or Search.

When the deck runs out

The deck loads the next page in the background and drops roles you already skipped or applied to on your device. When it says You're caught up. Try changing your job title., you have seen everything matching your current filters. Tap the message to open Settings and update Job title, or come back later since new roles arrive throughout the day.

Nearby cards mix employers when enough companies are hiring in range, the same way Maps mixes each page of results. The Home job grid uses that mix too. Returning to Home reuses the nearby cards when you have not moved or changed filters. Reloading reshuffles the mix. Rows already on screen stay put when more jobs load.
