Find roles one card at a time, then hand them to Apply with AI to submit for you.

The Jobs tab shows one role at a time so you can move through openings quickly, pass on what does not fit, and start an application without leaving the card. The public walkthrough is Tinder for Jobs.

How the cards work

Open Jobs. Each card is one job: the title, the company, the location, and whatever else we know, such as pay and how recently it was posted.

- Skip takes the role out of your browsing. - Apply means Apply with AI. Worklittle fills and sends the form for you. Open Chat if you want to watch. - Heart saves it for later without removing it from the deck. - Select the card to read the full posting. While you still have AI credit, Worklittle can write a structured summary. After you run out, you still see the employer's original description.

Roles you have already moved into In progress, Applied, Interview, Offer, Rejected, Withdrawn, or Skipped on Saved stay off the deck (and the homepage). A heart alone does not.

Apply on a card

On a card, Apply means Worklittle fills and sends the form for you. Leave Always submit on unless you want to review before it sends. Apply with AI works on more than 3 million open jobs.

Get better roles in front of you

What you see is shaped by what you tell us and what you do with the cards.

1. Set Job title in Settings. That is the role you want next, and it takes more than one, separated by commas. You can also rule titles out with a minus sign. See Your dream role field. 2. Skip the roles that are clearly wrong instead of scrolling past them. 3. Heart the ones you like even when you are not ready to apply.

On Jobs, the Search jobs control at the top of the deck also changes which cards you see right now. It starts with the Job title from Settings. Searching there does not rewrite Settings. Clear the box and press Enter to browse without a job-title filter. The preview then says Search jobs until you type a new query.

Set Location in Settings when you want a city on your profile. New accounts start from an approximate location. Use the arrow on that field for precise current location. While you are signed out with no job title, Jobs and the home page show a mix of recent roles from your US state, or from your country outside the US, not the nearby 50 to 250 km ladder. On the home page, choose Distance (or Newest or Salary) when you want nearby cards. After you sign in, or after you set a Job title, cards follow that title and location. Worklittle does not ask for location permission on Jobs. You can grant precise location from Settings or Maps.

When you run out of cards

The deck keeps the next page of jobs loading in the background so you can skip quickly without staring at a spinner. Roles you already skipped or applied to are dropped on your device from those pages, then the next page loads. When the deck says You're caught up. Try changing your job title., you have seen everything matching what you are looking for right now. Tap that message to open Settings and update Job title, or come back later since new roles arrive throughout the day.

Nearby cards mix different employers when enough companies are hiring in range, the same way Maps mixes each new page of the job list. Home Jobs near you and Top picks for you use that mix too. Opening Jobs after Home uses those nearby cards right away when you have not moved or changed filters. Reloading the page shuffles the mix again. A company that just posted many roles at once will not fill the whole row when other employers are in that same batch. Rows already on screen stay put when more jobs load.
