Data you control

Your profile, your preferences, and deleting your account.

Most of what Worklittle knows about you is something you can see and change yourself.

Your profile

In Settings you can update:

- Your name and photo - Your resume, including replacing or removing it - The Job title you are looking for, which is what job alerts are based on - Your contact details, links, work authorization, skills, and interests

Removing your resume stops it being used to fill in applications.

Email preferences

Turn each type of email on or off in Settings:

- Job alerts for new matching roles - Local events - Announcements

Every email also has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Marketing and ads

Privacy in Settings and Business Settings has two switches:

- Marketing measurement (Google Analytics and Clarity) - Personalized marketing (ads)

Both default on except in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, where they default off until you turn them on. Signed-in choices save to your account. Details: Marketing and ads privacy.

Recents

You can delete a conversation from Recents in the sidebar. Deleting a chat removes it from your account.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is in Settings. You are signed out and have three days to sign in again and cancel. After that it is permanent. Export first if you want a copy.

Organization data

If you use Worklittle Business, your organization's data belongs to the organization rather than to your personal account. Teammates who can open Organization can download an organization export JSON (profile and members). Leaving an organization does not delete its records. See What happens to data when someone leaves?.
