Edit your profile

Where to edit your name, job title, school, links, and the fields Apply with AI uses.

Your profile is the source of truth for what Apply with AI enters into employer forms.

Open your profile

1. Sign in and go to Profile settings, or choose Edit profile in the account menu (your name or photo at the bottom of the sidebar). 2. Edit any field. Changes save as you go; there is no save button.

After a refresh while signed in, Settings opens from the copy stored on this device (name, job title, resume filename, profile photo), then refreshes from the cloud once you are signed in, in the background, and when you reopen Settings. Resume file bytes load when you open the ⋯ menu.

Switch accounts is under Account in General settings. Personal Billing and Usage have their own Settings pages. If you belong to more than one organization, those pages have an organization picker under the title.

Fields

| Field | What to enter |
| --- | --- |
| **Name** | Your full legal name, as you want it on applications. |
| **Job title** | The role you want next, not the one you have. Separate several titles with commas. A minus sign rules a word out. |
| **Auto-apply** | Turned on in [Profile settings](https://worklittle.com/settings/profile) under **Applications**. When it is on, Worklittle applies to new jobs that match your job title, location, and desired salary for you. See [Auto-apply](/help/apply-with-ai/apply-automatically). |
| **Location** | City you live in or want jobs around. Apply with AI uses this city on employer forms. New accounts start from an approximate location. Use the arrow at the end of the field for precise current location. |
| **Desired salary** | The pay you want. Type it any way, like "150", "100000", or "100k-160k", and it tidies up to "$150+/hour", "$100,000+", or "$100,000-$160,000". Applications use it when they ask about pay, and jobs that pay it show first in your lists. |
| **Phone** | Choose your country, then enter the number. |
| **School** | Degree and school, for example "BS Computer Science, Ohio State". |
| **Links** | LinkedIn, portfolio, GitHub, and anything else worth sharing. |
| **Work authorization** | Countries where you can already work. |
| **Driver License** | Whether you hold a valid license. |
| **More about you** | Anything else, in your own words. Apply with AI uses it to answer forms, for example languages, where you can work, or schedule. |

Fill fields from your resume

Upload a resume and Worklittle fills your name, school, past roles, and contact details. It changes only empty fields, so nothing you wrote is overwritten. See Upload or replace your resume.
