Remove a teammate

Take someone off the org.

When someone changes roles or leaves the company, remove them so your workspace stays current.

Remove them

1. Open Organization. 2. Find the person in the member list. 3. Open their row and choose to remove them. 4. Confirm.

Access ends immediately. The next time they load the workspace, it is gone.

What stays behind

Their work does not disappear. Jobs they posted stay live, notes they left stay on candidates, and the pipeline is untouched. You are removing a person's access, not their contributions.

Before removing

- Reassign any jobs where they were the only recruiter or hiring manager. - Check whether interviews or offers were waiting on them. - If they are just moving teams rather than leaving, changing their role may be a better fit than removing them.

Removing the Owner

The owner cannot be removed while they hold the role. Transfer ownership to someone else first, then remove the old owner. See Transfer ownership.
