Privacy and terms links

Show your own policies on your public organization profile.

You can point candidates at your own privacy policy and terms of service. These links appear alongside your public profile and job board.

Add the links

1. Open Organization. 2. Scroll to Privacy policy and Terms of service. 3. Paste the full web address for each, starting with https://. 4. The links save as you type.

Example values look like https://company.com/privacy-policy and https://company.com/terms-of-service.

Why it matters

- Candidates are more comfortable applying when they can see how their information is handled. - Some regions expect a privacy notice at the point where you collect applicant data. - It saves your team from answering the same question over email.
