Pay, benefits, and reimbursements

Keep compensation, bonus, equity, benefits, PTO, and reimbursement totals on each employee's record.

Each employee's record on Employees holds pay and benefits, so you can see and update them in one place.

Fields you can track

| Column | Use it for |
| --- | --- |
| **Compensation** | Salary or hourly pay |
| **Bonus** and **Equity** | Bonuses and equity grants |
| **Perks**, **Insurance**, **Retirement** | Benefits each person has |
| **PTO remaining** | Paid time off balance |
| **Total reimbursements** | Expenses paid back to the employee |
| **Last promotion** | When they last moved up |

Add your own column for anything else, like a stipend. Right-click the table and choose Add column. See Employees overview.

What employees see

Employees see their own estimated pay, PTO left, and benefits on their Business home and on You. Who can see everyone's pay depends on their role. See Roles and permissions.
