What happens to data when someone leaves?

Access ends for the person. Organization records stay with the company.

When someone is removed or leaves, they lose access. Jobs, candidates, notes, and other organization records stay with the company.

Remove or leave

- Remove a teammate ends their access. - Leave an organization ends yours. - Their contributions (notes, jobs they posted, and similar) remain for teammates who still have access.

Export

Anyone who can open Organization (Can view and above) can download an organization export JSON with profile and member details. That is not a full archive of every job and candidate.
