Organization details

Legal name, job board address, website, and headquarters.

The Organization page holds the facts about your company. Some of it is public on your profile and job board, and some is internal.

Open the page

Open Organization.

Public profile fields

- Brand name, the name candidates see - URL slug, which sets your job board address, for example worklittle.com/your-brand - Overview, a one-sentence summary - Logo, Banner, and Brand color. See Logo, banner, and brand color - Social links

Company detail fields

- Legal name, for example "Acme Corporation, Inc." - Website - Contact email and Phone number - Headquarters address - Industry, Company type, Company size, and Founded year

Filling these in makes your listings look more credible to candidates.

Changing your slug

Your slug is part of your public job board link. If you change it, older links pointing at the previous address stop working, so update anywhere you have shared it.

Team and access

The same page is where you invite teammates and set what each person can do. Invite by email, then choose their role. If someone reports that fields are read-only, their role is the reason.
