Offers

Send and track offers.

The Offer stage is where you prepare, send, and follow up on an offer without losing track of who is waiting on what.

Move someone to Offer

Change their stage to Offer once you have decided. That signals to everyone on your team that this person is in the final step and nobody else should be moving them along.

Preparing the paperwork

Offer letter templates are available in your documents area, covering standard employment offers, internships, and volunteer agreements. They fill in the candidate's name, the role, and your company details for you, so you edit the terms rather than retyping the letter.

Keeping track

- Note the date the offer went out. - Note the deadline for a response. - Record any negotiation in the candidate's notes so the next conversation starts from the right place.

If the candidate turns the offer down, move them to Denied with a note on why. That is the data that improves your next search. Rejected is for the decisions you make.

When they accept

Move them to Employee once they accept and start. They shift from your hiring columns into your workforce records, so your pipeline stays focused on open searches. See Candidate stages.
