Apply with AI troubleshooting

Common fixes.

Normally you upload a resume and tap Apply. Apply with AI works on more than 3 million open jobs. Use this page if something looks stuck mid-run.

Quick fixes

| What you see | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| A window asks for a resume | Upload one. See [Resume required before applying](/help/apply-with-ai/resume-gate). |
| Verification step on the employer form | Stay in the session. Worklittle handles phone and email codes. |
| Blank browser panel | Refresh if you want to watch. The apply can still finish and send. |
| Same status for a while | Give it a minute. |
| Chat says the company's job board is under maintenance | Their careers site is down for planned maintenance. Try [Apply with AI](https://worklittle.com/jobs) again later. The job is not closed. |
| Apply stopped and chat suggests applying on the company site | Their job board stalled. Use the link in chat to apply on the employer page. |
| Waiting | Leave it open; it starts when a browser slot frees. |
| Log in / Upgrade to Instant | Sign in or upgrade to keep applying. See [AI usage limits](/help/account/daily-ai-limits). |
| Want to change answers before it sends | Turn **Always submit** off, edit, then press **Submit**. See [Do I have to answer questions?](/help/apply-with-ai/answer-questions). |

Wrong details on the form

The agent copies what is on your account, so a wrong phone number on the form means a wrong phone number on your profile. Fix it once in Edit your profile and future applications pick up the correction.

If you spot a mistake mid session, take control, correct the field on the page, and hand control back.

Still need help

Note the job title, the company, and what the status line said, then reach out through the help option in the app. Those three details are usually enough for us to see exactly where the session ended.
