Leave an organization
How to leave a company workspace and what happens to your access.
You can leave a company organization from the Organization page when other people are still on the team. You lose access right away. The organization’s jobs and records stay with the company.
How to leave
1. Switch to that company organization. 2. Open Organization. 3. Choose Leave organization and confirm.
You will need a new invite to rejoin later.
If you are the Owner
If other people are still in the company, leaving as Owner transfers ownership to another member automatically, then removes your access. That leave transfer is immediate. If you need to pick a specific new Owner first, use Transfer ownership (that transfer waits about a minute).
If you are the only member left, Leave is not available. Use Delete a company organization instead.
