Refunds and withdrawals

What Instant credit means for refunds, and how EEA/UK/Switzerland withdrawal works.

There is no self-serve refund button in the app. Instant AI credit is for usage only. It is not cash and is not refundable as spending money.

Instant credit

The $20 monthly Instant credit (and referral bonus credit) is usage credit. It does not roll over, cannot be moved to another account, and is not paid out as cash. See Worklittle Instant.

Canceling vs refunding

Cancel Instant to stop future renewals at period end. That is different from a refund of a past charge. See Cancel Worklittle Instant.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland withdrawal

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have 14 days to withdraw from Instant without giving a reason. Email [contact@worklittle.com](mailto:contact@worklittle.com), or cancel from Billing / Adjust plan. If you used paid AI during that period, you owe a proportionate amount for what you used before withdrawing.

If a referred Instant purchase is refunded or disputed, the referral bonus can be removed. See Referral Terms.
