Report a chat

Report a harmful, wrong, or suspicious response. Works while signed out.

Report a response that is harmful, materially wrong, or strange so the team can review it. You can report while signed out.

Report a response

1. Open the chat containing the response. 2. Open the chat menu (three dots near the top of the conversation). 3. Choose Report. 4. In Report a concern, pick the reason that fits best (including Not relevant to me). 5. Submit.

Every report is read, but you will not get a reply to each one.

What to report

- Advice that could hurt someone or encourages something unsafe. - Confident answers that are wrong about pay, rights, or a legal process. - Offensive, biased, or discriminatory language. - Anything that looks like a scam or asks for money or sensitive details.

For small annoyances, like an answer being too long, ask for a shorter version.

Stay safe

Chat is not a lawyer, doctor, or accountant. Check money or legal decisions with a qualified person.

Never send payment or bank details to an employer you have not verified. If a posting asks for them, report the job too. See When a job is closed for how listings are removed.
