Publish, close, or delete a job

Control visibility.

A job moves between draft, published, and closed depending on where you are in the process.

The three states

| **Closed** | Nobody publicly | No |

Publish

Finish the details and choose Publish. The job appears on your company page and in Worklittle search within a few minutes. Editing a live job is fine, and changes appear without republishing.

Close

Close a job when the role is filled or paused. It stops accepting applications and drops off your public page, while everyone already in your pipeline stays exactly where they are.

Closing is nearly always the right move for a finished role, because it preserves your hiring history.

Delete

Deleting removes the job and cannot be undone. Save it for genuine mistakes, like a duplicate post or a test entry. If real people applied, close it instead so you keep their applications and your record of the search.
