Your first day as an employer

Get from a new account to a live job post and real candidates.

Worklittle Business lives at worklittle.com/business, and this is the shortest route through your first session.

1. Sign in at worklittle.com/business

Go to worklittle.com/business. Unlike the job seeker side, Worklittle Business needs an account before you can do anything.

Use Continue with Google if your company runs on Google Workspace. Otherwise enter your email and we will send you a code. Both routes are covered in Create an account.

A short welcome message explains what the app covers. Dismiss it whenever you are ready.

2. Post your first job

Go to Post a job in the left sidebar, or straight to worklittle.com/business/post-job.

You do not need a polished description ready. Describe the role in plain language and the AI will draft the posting, which you can then edit line by line. Add the title, location, and pay range, then publish.

3. Review candidates as they arrive

Applications show up under Candidates at worklittle.com/business/candidates.

Each person has their resume and application answers in one place, and you move them through your hiring stages from there. Your open roles stay listed under Jobs.

4. Set up your organization

Open Organization at worklittle.com/business/organization to add your company name and logo and invite the people who will be working alongside you.

Invited teammates can help with hiring and get access to the shared tools such as documents, time off, and reimbursements.

5. Explore the rest when you need it

The sidebar has more than hiring, including calendars, employee surveys, documents, and automations. There is no need to set all of it up today.

Under Resources, Help center opens everyday how-to guides. Docs is the API and developer reference.
