Switch between accounts

Keep up to three accounts signed in and move between them without logging out.

Worklittle can hold up to three signed-in accounts at once, which is handy if you keep personal and work life separate. This switches which email you are signed in as, not which company workspace you are in.

If you only need Personal ↔ company on the same email, use Switch organizations instead.

Why you might want this

A few common cases:

- A personal email for job hunting on worklittle.com and a work email for hiring on worklittle.com/business - A recruiter who keeps separate logins for different clients - Two people sharing a laptop

Each account keeps its own saved jobs, chats, resume, organizations, and settings. Nothing is shared between them.

Where to open it

- On worklittle.com, open your account menu, then Switch accounts. - On worklittle.com/business, open your profile (the account row at the bottom of the left sidebar), then Switch accounts. - You can also find Switch accounts under Account in settings on either surface (below Manage billing and View usage on worklittle.com).

Add another account

Open Switch accounts and choose Add account.

You will get the normal Log in or sign up panel. Sign in with the second email as described in Create an account. The first account stays signed in the whole time.

Switch between them

Open the same Switch accounts menu, where every signed-in email is listed, and tap the one you want. The switch is instant and no password or code is needed.

Your current account is marked in the list so you always know who you are acting as.

The three account limit

Three is the maximum on each device. Trying to add a fourth shows Log out of an account to continue with a note that you have reached your limit of logged-in accounts.

Sign out of whichever one you use least, then add the new one. See Sign out.

Removing an account from the list

Switch to that account and sign out. It disappears from the switcher and the others stay untouched.

Signing out is not the same as deleting. The account and all its data are still there next time you sign in. See Delete your account if you actually want it gone.
