Interview, offer, and rejected updates
Worklittle moves jobs on your Saved board when an employer email says interview, offer, or rejected. You can still move any job yourself.
When an employer emails your Worklittle apply address about a job you applied to, Worklittle can move that job on Saved for you.
What moves on its own
| Email says | Job moves to | | --- | --- | | They want to set up an interview or a call | **Interview** | | They are offering you the job | **Offer** | | They are not moving forward with you | **Rejected** |
A plain "thanks for applying" email does not move anything.
When Worklittle is careful
- It only moves a job when the email clearly names the company and role you applied for. - It only moves a job when it is confident about what the email means. If unsure, it leaves the card where it is. - It only moves jobs forward. An offer is never moved back to Rejected, and jobs you marked Withdrawn are left alone.
The email itself is also forwarded to your inbox. See Your Worklittle apply email address.
Change a stage yourself
Worklittle only sees emails sent to your apply address. For calls, emails to your own inbox, or anything it got wrong, move the card yourself:
1. Open Saved. 2. On a computer in Grid view, drag the card to another column. In list view or on a phone, press and hold the card (or right-click it) and pick a stage.
