HR notifications

The alerts you may get about people, schedules, and paperwork.

Worklittle tells you when something needs attention so you do not have to keep checking every page.

Where notifications appear

Select the bell icon in the top bar of Worklittle Business. The panel lists recent activity grouped by how recently it happened. See Notifications center for the full tour.

HR alerts you may see

- A schedule change is waiting for your approval - Someone booked sick time or PTO - A document you sent was signed - A survey received new responses - A teammate joined or was invited to your organization - A candidate moved into your employee roster

Keeping the noise down

- Clear items you have handled so the list stays short. - If a type of alert is not useful to you, ask an owner or admin whether that workflow can be routed to a different person. - Automations can send a summary email instead of a stream of individual alerts. See Create an automation.
