Post a job
Write and publish an opening.
Posting a job puts your opening in front of candidates on Worklittle and on your own company page.
Create the post
1. Go to Post a job, or open Jobs on worklittle.com/business and choose Post a job. 2. Give it a title, which is the single biggest factor in whether people find it. 3. Write the description. 4. Set location, workplace type, and pay. 5. Choose which questions applicants answer. 6. Publish.
Details you can set
Add only the fields that matter for this role:
- Location and workplace type - Department and employment type - Compensation, benefits, and equity - Visa sponsorship - Open and close dates (Close date is when applications stop. The job stays open until then.) - Number of open positions - Recruiters and hiring managers - Language and visibility
Writing a title people search for
Use the plain title candidates would type. "Customer Success Manager" beats "Client Happiness Ninja" every time. Save the personality for the description, and leave internal level codes out of the title.
What happens after publishing
- The job appears on your company page. - It becomes searchable on Worklittle. - Applicants land in your pipeline at the Applied stage. - You can edit or close it whenever you need to.
