What to include

A good report saves a round trip. Please include:

- What you were trying to do - What happened instead - The exact wording of any error message - The page address you were on - Roughly when it happened, including your time zone - Whether it happens every time

A screenshot usually explains more than a paragraph.

Before you write

- Check Service status in case it is a known outage. - Check What's new in case something changed on purpose. - Search the Help Center. The answer may already be here.
