Search and filter in Worklittle Business

One search bar finds jobs, candidates, employees, documents and surveys from any page.

On a computer, Jobs, Candidates, Employees, Calendar, Documents and Surveys have a small Search bar in the top left corner.

Search everything

1. Click Search in the top left. The bar grows so you have room to type. 2. Type a name, title or word. Results show up under the bar as you type in one list, best match first, mixing candidates, jobs, employees, documents, surveys, chats and pages. Each has its page's icon, and people show their profile picture (or initials). 3. Click a result, or use the arrow keys and press Enter, to open it.

The search covers your whole organization, not only the page you are on. Press Esc to clear it.

Filter the page

Click the filter lines at the right end of the search bar to open the page's filters. The button fills in while a filter is on. Pick a choice again, or select Clear filters, to turn it off.

Filters stay on while the tab is open. On a phone, Jobs, Candidates and Employees keep their filter button in the top right corner.
