Logo, banner, and brand color
Make your organization profile and job board look like your company.
Your brand assets appear on your public job board, on shared job links, and inside Worklittle Business for your team.
Where to change them
1. Open Organization. 2. Find the Logo, Banner, and Brand color fields near the top of the profile section. 3. Click the logo or banner to choose Create with AI... or Upload photo, or drag an image onto the field (from your computer or from a chat image in the floating or sidebar chat). Brand color can be picked from the swatch. Changes appear on your public profile shortly after saving.
What each one is for
| Asset | Where it shows | | --- | --- | | Logo | Job listings, your job board header, shared links | | Banner | The wide image across the top of your public profile | | Brand color | Buttons and accents on your public pages |
A square logo works best. Banners are wide, so keep important detail near the center.
Other profile fields
- Brand name is the public-facing name people see, which can differ from your legal name. - Overview is a one-sentence summary of what your company does. - Social links appear as small icons on your profile.

Click the empty logo or banner and choose Create with AI.... The chat composer fills with a starting prompt such as “Make a distinctive and recognizable logo for your brand name in a square aspect ratio” or “Make a company banner for your brand name in a 4:1 aspect ratio.” You can also ask the assistant to adjust an existing logo or banner.
